Falcon’s Founder and CEO, Don McLaughlin, recently co-presented a CLE program for the national law firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber and Schreck. The CLE, titled “Hot Topics in e-Discovery”, covered proportionality, cost-shifting, predictive coding and social media. It was attended by over 30 local Brownstein attorneys and paralegals and broadcast to Brownstein offices across the nation. Brownstein Shareholder, Lauren Schmidt, co-presented this CLE with Mr. McLaughlin, and together they shared their insights and strategies on these hot topics. They also highlighted recent advances in legal technology, including the use and application of kCura’s Relativity software across a variety of types of litigation and transactional matters.
