Falcon’s senior team recently developed and co-presented an In-House Discovery Summit for a long-standing Fortune 200 client. The Summit provided representatives from the in-house legal and IT teams, as well as key outside counsel, the opportunity to gain insights into the in-house processes, procedures and technologies that Falcon’s team of lawyers and technologists manage across matters to streamline and improve the discovery process.

The Summit included participation by senior in-house and outside lawyers through a discussion about the application and benefits of the in-house process and technology, including the value delivered by Falcon’s team on a number of high-profile matters. Falcon’s team also highlighted a number of emerging trends in the areas of e-discovery and information management, including how advanced analytics and review technologies can be leveraged in individual cases.

The summit was an interactive dialogue during which participants raised questions about particular e-discovery issues and shared input and feedback.
