|Caroline Palmer is a Litigation Technology Analyst.
She has over 10 years of e-discovery/litigation support experience and helps manage the data processing, review, and production workflow for Falcon’s clients. Caroline has extensive knowledge of KCura’s Relativity, Law Prediscovery, and Clearwell E-Discovery Platforms. She is a Relativity Certified Administrator and holds a LAW Prediscovery EDD Certification.
Prior to joining the Falcon team, Caroline worked at Orrick, Herrington, & Sutcliffe in the San Francisco and Menlo Park offices as a Litigation Support Case Coordinator. Her role at the firm involved providing litigation support service to legal professionals through database, spreadsheet, transcript, and document image programs, electronic discovery planning and implementation, client-specific applications, and case/project management systems. She created and maintained Concordance, Livenote, and Sharepoint databases for Orrick’s West Coast offices. Caroline received her BA from Stanford University.
In her free time Caroline enjoys seeing live music, camping, and staying active in the Colorado outdoors.
