Born and raised in the Denver area, Richard attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, obtaining a BA in English Literature. Afterwards he moved to Washington, D.C. and began his professional career as a Legal Assistant for Wilmer, Cutler and Pickering, where he worked mostly in the Bankruptcy group, but also in Securities and Litigation.

Upon returning to Colorado, Richard worked for a Fortune 200 company assisting in large-scale document preparation and production in the litigation department. Eventually focusing on electronic document discovery, Richard joined Falcon in 2007.

Richard completed the Kroll OnTrack E-Discovery Certification Course and has several years experience with the major E-Discovery platforms and applications in use today.

Richard is an avid fan of Denver’s professional sports teams, and is the reigning Falcon Discovery Fantasy Football Champion.
